With a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a deep passion for natural medicine, I blend public health knowledge with holistic wellness practices to help individuals achieve lasting well-being.

I loved the tea that I got from you Jessamine Ibe!! The Cholesterol Cruncher helped lower my LDL to the lowest it's ever been. My PCP is amazed I was able to lower my LDL for the first time in 3 years of trying. She didn't want to add a medication if she didn't have to. So she says try it with diet. When I heard about your tea I thought I would give it a try. I'm happy to say it work's. And the Sweet Dreams helped me sleep at night!! I have had trouble sleeping for years. I sleep a couple of hours (1-2) then wake up. After trying Sweet Dreams, I get at least 5-6 hours of uninterrupted sleep. That is good for me. I will definitely order more of both. Love this butter. I got the unscented one and plan on trying the scented version as well. The butter spreads very easy so 4oz will take you a long way!
